We appreciate your interest in our classes and value your commitment to learning. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, and to cover our costs, we have implemented a cancellation policy. This policy outlines the charges incurred for canceling your registration for a class, based on the number of calendar days prior to the scheduled class date. Please read this policy carefully before registering for your class.
1. Cancellation Fee Structure:
a) If your registration is canceled more than 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $35 will be applied.
b) If a class is canceled less than 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $100 will be applied.
2. Notification Process:
a) Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
b) The date of cancellation is determined based on the timestamp of the email.
3. Refund Process:
a) The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for the class.
b) Refunds will be issued within 5 days of the cancellation request.
c) Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Rescheduling Option:
a) Instead of canceling, customers have the option to reschedule their class to an available date within the next 6 months.
b) Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class, and are subject to available seats.
Our cancellation policy does not apply in the following situations:
a) Classes canceled by Paul Calvo School, due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
b) Classes canceled by Paul Calvo School, with prior notice, offering full refunds or rescheduling options.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to be flexible whenever possible. However, your cooperation in adhering to this cancellation policy allows us to maintain our commitment to providing high-quality classes and ensures fairness to both our valued customers and instructors.
